Before you share plans
Use documents you are authorised to share, and remove information that is unnecessary for the review. For the assisted pilot, agree scope and the private transfer method by email first. Do not attach plans to your initial enquiry.
Where the service runs
The application uses Cloudflare Workers, D1 and private R2 storage. Stripe handles online card payments; Resend handles transactional emails. Full visual document review uses the OpenAI API when enabled. Those providers may process data outside New Zealand.
If your client or practice requires a particular storage location or processing agreement, ask us to confirm fit before uploading.
Access and retention
Projects require sign-in and project ownership or team membership. Files are served through access-checked routes. Account and project export and deletion controls are available in the workspace, subject to the billing and retention details in our privacy statement.
Review limitations
Searchable-text checks and visual review have different coverage. File quality and review limits affect what can be checked; read the report's coverage and limitations. Temporary processing files are requested for deletion after visual review, subject to provider retention requirements.
